Developer Attorney joins CADRExperts
North Brunswick, NJ – Margey Meyer, CMCA, PCAM, President and CEO of CADRExperts, is delighted to announce that David A. Larkin, Esq. has joined CADRExperts (Community Association Dispute Resolution Experts). CADRExperts offers a nationwide team of respected professionals who help attorneys, community associations, developers, management companies, risk managers, insurance underwriters and other service providers avoid litigation and resolve problems amicably and expeditiously.
Mr. Larkin comes to CADRExperts with vast experience in the association and development community, having served for the last twelve years as the Vice President/National Director of Community Associations for Toll Brothers. Concurrent with his association practice, Mr. Larkin also served as General Counsel for Ancillary Businesses for Toll Brothers, developing an expertise in mortgage lending, title matters, golf and country club development and operation and marketing new homes. Mr. Larkin has written and lectured extensively on association transitions and brings over twenty years of experience in mediating and solving association issues.
CADRExperts was conceived by association specialists who recognized the
need to solve problems without litigation. The four CADRExperts partners offer a combined 140 years of experience in representing community association management, development, law and engineering. Robert Diamond, Esq, partner at Reed Smith, concentrates on real property law, with special emphasis on the planning, development and risk management of condominiums, residential and commercial mixed-use projects and planned unit developments, as well as litigating association-related issues in state and federal court. Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS, CGP founded Kipcon in 1985 and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in eighteen states. He holds the Reserve Specialist designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Margey Meyer, CMCA, PCAM owned her own community association management company for 21 years. She is a certified mediator with the American Arbitration Association and the Houston Better Business Bureau. Ms. Meyer is a nationally-recognized educator, trainer, speaker, advocate and author in the field of leading, managing and developing community associations.
